v4.8  08 Oct  2005      Versions 4.6 and 4.7 have been troublesome! A recurring problem
                        in which VidGrab would loop an error message endlessly at startup
                        has, hopefully, finally been resolved.

                        I've added the facility to access the video driver's Config and
                        Properties. Some device drivers make these accessible, some don't.

                        Added 'Full Screen' mode for the preview windows.
